Spider-Man[]
In the Spider-Man Film Series,Harry,played by James Franco,is Peter Parker's closet friend.He constantly tries to appeal to his father,who is very invested in his work,and he is jealous of Peter's intellingence.He dates Mary Jane Watson during the first film,though she eventually falls for Peter,and he manages to somewhat reconcile his feelings with his father.After his father's death as the Green Goblin,he blames Spider-Man for his death.
Spider-Man:The Movie[]
In Spider-Man:The Movie,he doesn't play a major plot in the story line but he is the playable character in a bonus story line.Harry becomes the Green Goblin and investigates the rumors of corruptness within Oscorp.While he investigates,he tries to build a heroic reputation for the Green Goblin.Harry faces such enemies like the Green Goblin,Shocker,Vulture,and the Skull Gang.It is assumed that the Green Goblin storyline takes place after the original because some characters mention meeting Spider-Man.
Spider-Man 2[]
In both Spider-Man 2 (film) and Spider-Man 2(game),Harry take over Oscorp.He forms an alliance with Doctor Octopus to get revenge on Spider-Man.Though it fails,Harry learns that Spider-Man is Peter Parker.Afterwards,he starts to hullicinate and see his dad in the mirror.Norman demanded that his son avenge him.Furious,he throws the knife at the mirror and finds the Goblin arsenal,relizing his father was the Green Goblin.
Spider-Man 3[]
Becoming the New Goblin in Spider-Man 3 (film),he attempts to take revenge but ends up get scarred by an symbiote controlled Peter.After learning the truth about his fater's death,he goes to the Construction Site to help Peter fight Venom and Sandman.He was killed by Eddie in a similar way his dad died.He died with Peter and Mary Jane by his side.
Game Exclusive[]
Harry appears again as the New Goblin in the opening scene of Spider-Man:Friend or Foe.He helps Spider-Man fight Green Goblin,Doctor Octopus,Venom,and Sandman.Afterwards,he get aducted by the P.H.A.N.T.O.M.s.He is then palyable by completing the game or entering a cheat.
